About Us

Our Story

In the beginning, it was just the two of us, a mother-daughter dog-walking team with a dream.  When we first started we weren't exactly sure where this adventure would lead, but we knew we were excited to start the journey.  We have had a lot of ups and downs as we navigate our first years but through hard work and pure stubbornness we started to gain ground and get steady clients.  As we grow and meet with more clients we started to noticed that we were often asked to recommend pet products.  It can be hard to know what will work, and what your dog will enjoy.

One day it hit us, why don't we create our own store of things we use and things we create to keep all of our recommendations in one place! So here we are with a mission to help pet parents choose quality supplies.  We do our best to have a range of products so every pet and person can find something they can enjoy.  We also create some of what we sell, just look for RPCS Originals in the title! We pride ourselves on purchasing from companies located within the USA, and even a few places local to us! (Washington State)

We are very passionate about giving back to the community! We donate to a lot of different organizations, but we have five that we support on a regular and continual basis, these organizations will be the ones to receive part of our profits:

Progressive Animal Welfare Society(PAWS), Old Dog Haven, Villalobos Rescue Center, Purrfect Pals, and Fort - Fortitudine Vincimus Rescue Center

FAQ

 Where do you get your products?

We go through various USA based vendors for our products.  Many of our products are also made in the USA.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept debit, all major credit cards, and Paypal

What shipping service do you use?

Currently, we use the United States Postal Service to ship our products.  They tend to have reasonable prices and have a better track record of reliability. 

How long until my order ships?

We aim to get all orders shipped within 3-5 business days.  We are a very small business and if we get behind on orders during peak times it may take longer.  Rest assured knowing we are working very hard to get everyone's orders out as fast as possible.
